MOVE FORWARD….

MOVE FORWARD....

Great Morning!

Don’t be afraid to move forward with any “New” challenges in areas of your life you may be experiencing, have FAITH and move forward! Allow the challenge to help you grow & add another thing to your list of things you’ve accomplished!

This morning’s devotional said, “We think and say, it’s time for a change! I need something new, and then we hesitate to embrace that new thing when it comes. If you are ready for something new and fresh, don’t be afraid to embrace it when it comes”.

I thought this was great! I know I’ve said that before, it’s time for a change, I need something new, and when change comes, I get afraid to embrace it! Why does this happen?!?! I just change my thinking and I remind myself that I asked for this change, it’s a blessing so be grateful and keep it moving! Embrace and move forward!

I pray you’re blessed by this & that this inspires you embrace that new change, challenge you’ve been asking for.

Move Forward in Faith!

BREAKTHROUGH!!!!

BREAKTHROUGH!!!!

This mornings devotion was about, “BREAKTHROUGH” and the scripture verse was…

A man’s mind plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps and makes them sure. Proverbs 16:9

This was a great read for me this morning, I just finished a weekend of planning and organizing and then read this, can you say confirmation! Don’t you love when that happens! I don’t know if you’re in the same space I am but just in case you are, I wanted to share this with you….

Recently, planning has been a valuable lesson I’ve been working on. Planning is the key to success because then we’ll be prepared for the things known and unknown. However, knowing that God’s ways are ALWAYS better than mine & that HIS timing is Absolutely Perfect, I plan with leaving room for Him to add His super to my natural. My planning is based on only what I know, but God knows everything! Which also helps me not be anxious for anything. I mean who doesn’t get anxious every now and then but, knowing His word, allows me to grab that anxious thought and cast it down with His word. OH! Patience is another thing that is needed when planning, because you’ll want it all NOW or wish you could have it NOW or may think why wait? But, like I said, His timing is perfect, I have personally experienced His perfect timing which is so awesome! So trust me, it’s worth the wait lol… here’s a golden nugget for what I’m learning today:

“Planning with purpose while being obedient, having patience & keeping faith helps me while I’m in pursuit of my breakthrough”

I pray you’re blessed by this!

Woke up with this on my mind….

Woke up with this on my mind....

AHHHH!!!!! This is how I feel this morning, only add 3 kids, a husband, chores, business, maintaining schedules, planning, etc. to that list. Which I’m not complaining about at all, I’m super grateful to be where I am in my life, just sharing what I’m balancing. Anyway, has anyone found the formula on how to balance it all? Sigh, I go through this every couple of days, I’ve been eating healthier but when I fall off for a day or two I feel like it goes against the good 3-4 days I just had! Am I being too hard on myself? Am I not being hard enough? Do I need a pill to suppress my hunger? Does Raspberry Ketones really work? All these questions go through my mind but, I’m learning that balance, discipline & consistency is something you have to fight for! When you have a craving, what do you do? Lately, I’ve been craving almond M&M’s!!! With each one I put into my mouth, I tell myself that it’s ok because they’re almonds and chocolate isn’t toooo bad…aren’t there studies out there that say chocolate is good for you? I know, I know right now you’re probably like ummm…NO! Sigh, I’m just sharing my frustration for today, I know I’m not bad but I’m not at my best & that doesn’t work for me. Thanks for reading my rant, if you know any tips, please let me know! Here’s a tip I read on IG one day that kind of stuck with me & helps me procrastinate my cravings until I can’t take it anymore…lol… “Eat for the body you want, not the body you have” hope that helps!

Have A Great Day!!!

“If you stay stuck in what was you’ll miss what is & never see what could be”

One of my favorite pastors said this & it struck a cord, I had to share:

“If you stay stuck in what was you’ll miss what is & never see what could be” – Steven Furtick-

I, like you have a past where when you’re young and ignorant don’t always make the best decisions so, naturally sometimes I have doubt, am I good enough? Can I really pull this off? Is this what I’m supposed to be doing? Which is then followed by fear…I’m not good enough. I can’t pull this off, I should just leave it alone. I’m not supposed to be doing this, and the list goes on. Thankfully, I know God’s word so I counteract my doubt & fear with what 2 Timothy 1:7 says, For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. When I heard Steven Furtick say, “If you stay stuck in what was, you’ll miss what is & never see what could be” I thought hmm… could I be stuck? I had to do an inventory of myself, was I letting anything from my past keep me from moving forward? Hmmm….some food for thought, is there anything in your past that’s keeping you back? If so, remember, “If you stay stuck in what was, you’ll miss what is & never see what could be”. Push yourself to move forward, regardless of what your past looks like, let go of anyone or anything that may be preventing you from moving forward & GO! Life is a gift that should never be taken for granted & should be lived in the present. In 2 Corinthians 5:17 it says, Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new & Matthew 6:34 says, Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of it’s own. I don’t think I’m letting my past keep me from moving forward but, you can never be too sure so I’m still doing my personal inventory.

I pray that this helps you in your journey.

Have an Amazing Day!
